Refund Policy

Effective Date: 20/09/2025

This Refund Policy applies to all clients receiving therapy, coaching, or related services from Lynsey Matthews (“the Therapist”).

1. Payment and Booking

  • All sessions must be paid for in advance or at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Payment secures your session and confirms your appointment.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Sessions cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled without additional charge or refunded at the discretion of the Therapist.

  • Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be refunded.

3. Missed Sessions

  • If a client fails to attend a session without prior notice, the session fee will not be refunded.

  • Repeated missed sessions may result in future sessions needing prepayment or upfront booking.

4. Online / Digital Services

  • Refunds for online sessions, workshops, or digital resources are subject to the same cancellation terms as in-person sessions.

  • Once digital content has been accessed or downloaded, refunds may not be available.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

  • Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the Therapist.

  • Any refund will be processed promptly using the original payment method.
